+ Do you travel?
We are based in the Limerick region but we do travel. We will go to venues up to an hour from us free of charge but if it is more than that then we do have a travel charge.
+ Do you play for civil ceremonies?
Yes, these are becoming more and more common in our experience. This is no problem at all - these are usually shorter than the traditional church ceremony depending on what style of Civil Ceremony you have decided on. With this in mind we play for a bit longer after the ceremony in most cases. Check out some of our Ceremony layouts to see where music is needed.
+ What if I want a special piece that is not listed on your repertoire?
As part of all our packages we will arrange any piece of music for your event. This can be your favourite song, the piece you like to dance to, the song you belt out in the car or that theme from your favourite movie/theme show. We love to expand our playlist but check out our Repertoire to see what we have.
+ What instruments are included in the Quartet?
The usual instruments are 2 violins, a viola and a quartet. If you are going for a trio option then there is 2 violins and a cello.
+ Do you offer other instruments if required?
Yes - we regularly substiture one of the violins for a flute in both the Quartet & Trio option. We also work with harpists quite often.
+ Is it okay to have only instrumental music for the ceremony? Do we have to have a singer?
We think that instrumental music is fantastic option for a wedding, it adds an extra layer to the day and is really effective. We do work with singers if neccessary but also can accompany friends and family members you may wish to sing a piece or two.
+ Do you work with singers?
Yes we do, we can een recommend some if you are looking. We can also accompany friends and family members that you would like to sing for your ceremony.
+ Do you play at events other than weddings?
Yes we do, we frequently perform at other events such as birthday parties, corporate events, funerals, and business launches.
